What is your refund policy?

✧ From the time of purchase to before the item is shipped or picked up you are able to request a refund with 100% no hassle! However, If you request a refund when the item is already acquired, you must send the item back before receiving said refund. Obsceneonyx is not responsible for shipping fees if sending an item back. However, once the item is received back you will get your refund + a discount code for future orders! You are eligible for a refund if the item is not your size, if you never receive your item due to lost packages, or if the item is damaged prior to opening the package. You are not eligible for a refund if you damage the item! Refunds are eligible before the 7 day mark of receiving your item.

What hours do you respond to emails?

✧ Business hours are 12PM-7PM. Depending on the day though, I may respond before 12PM and after 7PM. Please allow up to 48 hours for an email to be answered before messaging again.

Do you have a physical storefront?
✧ Yes, I do! The Obsceneonyx boutique can be found at the DIY art gallery, 83gallery in Columbus, Ohio. To check out the physical location, schedule a boutique booking or keep up with the events I'll be at. When I am at an 83gallery event, I post about it on my Instagram, @obsceneonyx. You can avoid the $20 deposit for your booking by showing up to an 83gallery event I am at!

Why do I have to send a $20 deposit for a boutique booking?
✧ I am not always at the boutique! This $20 hold is to secure your spot and to ensure your arrival. I would hate to drive to the boutique and be told last minute you won't be arriving. However, the $20 deposit fee goes towards your final purchase! If you don't find anything you like at the boutique, your $20 will be refunded.

What hours can I visit your storefront at 83gallery?
✧ 12PM-7PM!

✧ After booking, you will receive an email to discuss the deposit. If a deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking, then it will be cancelled.

How do I wash an obsceneonyx piece?
✧ Most pieces have heavy beading and delicate fabrics, you do NOT want to put these pieces in a washing machine! Instead, I recommend the following:
✧ Hand washing
✧ Spot cleaning
✧ Dry cleaning
(This does not apply for graphic tees)
